Subtitle above Title

I am using PhotoFocus Pro. The subtitle is located above the Title whcih for me seems weirdas sub should be underneath. This happens for all these features: Promotion Headline Hero Content App Section Featured Content Is there some CSS that can inverse the positioning, Title above and Subtitle below?
