Subscribe email

Hi! I would like to add a pop-up message invite readers to subscribe to my emails. I have downloaded Mailchimp Plugin, I have registered on Mailchimp website and created a pop-up box. I got a code to embed in on my website, but not sure how to do it. Would you be able to assist? Thank you and kind regards, Lana
