Sub-Pages

Hi, is there a limit on the number of sub-pages you can have on this theme? I have added 7 no problem but cannot seem to add another one - the new sub-page is published and shows fine as a page but won't come up under the parent page "Resources"... http://tinyurl.com/gvfsqgh
