Sub Page under Main Page?

I am starting a blog for my small business and I am very interested in using Simple Catch.  However, I need to be able to have sub pages coming off of a main page and I can not see if this is possible with this theme. For example if in the main menu bar at the top I have a option of 'Europe' could I then have pages which come off of this page such as 'France', 'Germany' or 'Spain'?  These page sub headers should not feature on main menu but through the menu option Europe. Is this possible?  Hope this makes sense!
