Stop words breaking at the end of the line

Hi there, I'm wanting to stop words being split and hyphenated at the end of the line. Any custom code for this please? Also, the paragraph spaces are too big. I've looked back in the forums and there doesn't seem to be a fix for this, is this still the case? Thanks! www.reefadmin.com
