Stop footer from coming up too high on pages where there is little content

On pages where I don't have lot of content, currently the footer ends up very close to the header which looks a little bit odd, see... http://www.olleydesign.com/our-types-of-client/ ...is it possible define a minimum depth that the footer should sit at?
