Sticky Player messed up with Cloudflare Caching, Ninja-Form not showing

Dear Catch Themes Sticky Player is not showing correctly after installing Cloudflare. You can see the problem here: Band Members - Skinny Jim Tennessee Any Ideas how this can be fixed? If you also have a URI or somthing helpful for the Ninjaform on skinnyjimtennessee.com that would be great (at the moment it's showing correctly, but when tuning up the caching ninja forms is also not showing (instead loading bubbles).
