Static Picture on Front Page – No Slider

Hi, I have read your forum for several days and tried all the recommendations. Sorry but they aren't working. Every time I follow your advice it changes something but not what I wanted to change. www.specialtysignblanks.com I just want to have a static picture on the front page and remove the Home page. I do not want to use the slider. Will you please help me? Thanks, John
