Static page shows "Oops! That page can't be found."

Hi Sakin - Catch Everest Pro Website: www.lacostafilmfestival.org I followed the instructions to create a custom menu and static page that should not link to anywhere. This works fine normally but does not respond correctly when the responsive menu us used. Instead when you click on it, the page displays "Oops! That page can’t be found." Can this be resolved easily?
