Static header on one page

Hi, Our site uses rotating header images. It works great, but we have one page that needs a static header image. Is this possible? The page is https://wellnesswarriorsboston.org/support-worldcup/ .page-id-10587 .wp-image-11284 is the image we'd like to use. (I assume I'll have to resize it to 1200x400px.) Also, is there a recommended file type for videos and images? I can't upload .mov and .tiff files and thought that might be the reason. Thank you. Alice
