Static Front page configured but not working

I had downloaded, installed and configured the Pro version in a 'sandbox' subdirectory on another domain and got it to work perfectly. I did not backup and move it. I installed a clean download on WP 4.6 yesterday and can't get the static front page to come up. I have gone over the settings for hours and don't know what I have done wrong. I did notice there are two "HOME" pages in the Menu list of pages under View All, although there is only one Home-Frontpage under All Pages. I have the front page configured for full width, static front page, image slider for front page only, featured content for front page only, and promotion button. But an OOPS...page not found is coming up. I have set the 'main menu' as the Secondary menu, and another "Member" menu for the Primary menu. I suspect the problem is either with the two HOME pages or with choosing a wrong Home page in Menu, but can't seem to fix it. http://www.cbida.org/
