Static Front Page and Post Page

Hi, So I have been working for a while trying to figure out if there is an easy way to set my wordpress (www.maisonharbour.com) up with a static "front page" and "post page". Specifically, I would like my current front page, with the header, slider and text, to remain unchanged as the "front page" and my page titled "Blog" to be our "post page" where our blog posts will be shown. I know that there is an option on the settings page, "Reading Settings", that allows you to set the static front page and post page. However, the current front page is not in the drop down list because it is not actually a page. Does that make sense? I want to keep the website the same as it is now but have the page titled Blog be our blog. How can I do that?
