Spacing under Main Navigation

Hi, We are planning on getting rid of the page titles on all of the content pages on our site, and will be including a graphic image below the navigation, which you can see on this page: http://limocycle.com/adventure-tours/ There is a lot of space between the main bar and the navigation. How do I make that smaller? Thanks, Yvonne
