Space between logo and header text

Am working on a site in progress - www.bodybetterhealth.com. Please can you tell me how to reduce the space between the logo and the header text. I've had a search through the forums but can't find the answer as most of the reducing space questions is around the logo and the menus and not between the logo and the header text so none of the CSS works. Thanks
