test post: no action required Some posts not displaying on homepage

I have three categories of content on my site: News, Events, and Interviews. I want all my latest posts to be displayed on the homepage, regardless of the category. Currently, only posts categorized as "News" are showing on the homepage. I have tried deleting all categories and creating them again, but the problem persists. Can you help?
