Social share links not responsive

Hi, When I view my social share links on my iPhone, they don't adjust correctly to fit the bar. You'll see that the Twitter icon drops out below. http://s287.photobucket.com/user/dturner69/media/mobile-social-share.jpg.html What can I do to solve this please?
