Social Media Links

Hello, we just uploaded the Catch Inspire Pro template and the Social Media Icons are not viewing on our site.. In addition, the tab "Social Links Custom" in the Theme options does not show.. How do we resolve this issue?? Below are the instructions we followed to add the social media links.. Thank u .. "How to add custom social links?
