Social Links tab in theme options shows nothing Catch Evolution Pro

I have the Catch Evolution Pro theme. When I go to theme options and click on the Social Links tab to enter my links there is no place to enter them. Nothing is showing under this tab at all, is just a blank white area. All other tabs & options seem to be there and I don't find anywhere that I may have disable anything. I've added the Social Icons widget to the Header Right Sidebar and gave it the title 'Follow Us' which is showing up. www.breadofgod.com is the link Thanks, Mark
