Social links Setting shows nothing

Hi, I try to enable social links, but unter the setting of Social links (Appearance -> Theme Options -: Social links) there is just a blank site. Nothing to enable or add any url. DO I do anything wrong? Screenshot here - http://orbisinstitute.sk/bikelab/cc-social-problerm.png Thanks for help. Maros
