Social Links at the bottom of posts

Hi there, I've trawled the forum for this but couldn't find the answer. My website: www.spotlessdalmatian.com I've got a plug in installed which is giving me the social sharing links. At the bottom of each of my posts, I'm getting duplicated buttons. I want to remove the social links that come with the theme. See the bottom of this post as an example of what is wrong: http://www.spotlessdalmatian.com/search-marketing/google-yandex-putin/ How do I remove those? thanks
