Social Link RSS Feed

Hi Sakin, when I'm in Appearance->Theme Options->Social Links->Predefine Social Icons what do I fill in the box for the RSS so that people are informed by an email in their RSS feeder each time I publish a new post? Thanks a lot for your help!
