social link missing

hi i don't have the social link to “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Social Links” Add links for social media under the mentioned box You can find further option to change social icon size under “Social Icon Size(px)” Finally, click on “Save & Publish” so i can't use the social menu what can i do?
