Social icons CSS control

Hi! Where do I control the location and color of the social icons top right. While in my local environment it worked the way I wanted it, meaning the social icons were inside the drop down menu and I had it set to Header Social Menu. I just uploaded my site to a server, and now the social icons are showing outside of the drop down main menu, plus they are the wrong color. If you shrink the screen it looks the way I want it to, meaning inside and on the bottom of the drop down menu, in a color I chose. Alternatively I would like to see those social icons outside the main menu, but aligned up vertically on the right side of the page.
