Social Icons

I am brand new to using Fotografie Pro and not very tech savvy. I would like to add small Facebook and Instagram icons in the bottom footer area of my website (thebaytownproject.com) so that when you click the icons, they link to my project's social pages. I would appreciate step-by-step instructions on how to do this.
