Slider text colour and arrows removal

Hi on waveneytrees.co.uk I wish to change the title and summary text colour on the sliders to #ffffff and remove the navigation arrows please. I am sure it is a simple CSS code, but i can't seem to get it right. If you could let me know please that would be appreciated. Thanks, Chris
