Slider Image not cropping

2 of my slider images will not crop for reasons I cannot figure out. If you look at the 3rd slider (the one with the bike) the image cuts off the top of the biker...yet I have cropped this image in the post thumbnail editor multiple times and even replaced it and put it back...and every time it always reverts to this version and will not change. Can anyone look at the code and tell me what went wrong? It was not always like this. My site is tddd-william.com Thanks.
