Slider image keeping 3.2 ratio?

Hello, Does it exist a way to display an header image in "full frame" in home page with High Responsive, keeping the ratio 3/2, well known in photography domain ? High Responsive theme use a slider image having 1920px and 1080px size. Could this image cover the hearder menu and logo? , Thank you in advance Regards
