Slider Broken after WP Update 4.1.1 to 4.2.2

I have successfully used and updated the slider up to WP v4.1.1. I updated to v4.2.2, and now I can't modify the slider in any way - adding or removing news posts to it. I've essentially had to remove the slider from the site altogether. Any helpful suggestions are appreciated.
