Slider

Hello, Is there a way to have the boxes around the pictures in the slider be the same size. Since some of my pictures are different sizes, the boxes change sizes as the slider scrolls through. My site: http://pittsburghpaddlefish.org/wordpressnew/wordpress%203/ Thank you.
