Skype and uri

Hello, I'm really disappointed ... The skype function is not really activated on the "Catch Everest Premium". I don't want to use a url (http://www.skype.com) but well a uri (skype:echo123?call), and the theme don't accept this ! Could you modify this feature or give me a procedure to use this. Thanks
