SiteLock scan found malware

I received an email from SiteLock today informing they'd detected potential malware, though that determination is based on some not-yet verified Google info. SiteLock's free service is provided courtesy of Hostgator so it's not a service I sought out and, after doing some research, am wary about. I use the free version of Wordfence on my sight and it has issued no warnings. One example of the suspicious code SiteLock is flagging is: window.popuplink_cfg_field="wp_cfg_index";window.wp Since I'm using an unmodified theme, I assume any useing the Catch Evolution Pro theme is also infected. Any advice about this or suggestions for fixing? While I'm not opposed to cleaning the malware, if that's what it is, I doubt I would use SiteLock and I don't want to do anything to damage the code.
