site width

Hello, first, thanks a lot for your great themes 2nd, I have a problem and a request. the problem is , when the I'm not showing the site name in the header the page,  width goes wrong the request is , can I place an image instead of the "Home Page Headline " site: http://fashion48.net   Thanks again
