site title not clickable / buttons “wrong” color by hovering

Hello Minal, The latest litle problems: 1. Is it possible to make the site title not clickable? I saw several css solutions, but no-one worked. 2. The color of buttons on home page. The button color is #000080. After input the same color for hovering: the color turns into #000000. You can see this here. Is there a solution for these two items? Thank you in advance Hans Hagmeijer
