Site Title breaks word when from mobile

The site title of my site breaks when using a mobile with reduced screen width. Rita & Nicholas becomes Rita & Nich- olas Is there a way to prevent a line breaking in the middle of a word? Example Rita & Nicholas site www.rita-nicholas.it Note: I'm using the following additional ccs to center site branding
