Site not updating & subscribe box doesn't look right

Good evening my site www.thegastronomiccamper.com wont update when i make changes. it updates on the appearance page. also, my subscribe box looks weird and shows no words. id like it to be transparent like the rest. is there any way you could help me please thanks for youe time shaun
