Site Logo over Menu & Menu Width

Hello, I've been trying all attempts at CSS to put my site logo over the primary menu bar in Catch Simple Pro but to no avail. What do I need to do to make my site logo go above my menu bar? Also, what do I need to do to extend my menu so that it is 100% the width of the page? Thank you so much for your help.
