Site logo is disappearing

Over the past two days, my site logo has dropped off my website (johnkalmar.com). I've gone in and manually set the logo again in the appearance > customize section. It's concerning that this has happened two days in a row, and no other appearance settings were adjusted prior to the logo disappearing. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
