Site icon not displaying on Iphone homescreen

I have a favicon for my website which works for my chrome browser but when I add the website to my iphone home screen through Safari it doesn't show my favicon. For example when I add the espn website to my iphone it shows up as a big red E, my catch box theme does not do that. How can I fix this? My website is bracketman.com
