Site Formatting on Tablet and in Windows

Hey there! A couple of things I'm noticing regarding the layout. 1- When viewing the site on a tablet the main nav turns into two rows instead of shrinking down the one that's there. 2- When you use the window functions on desktops the same thing happens but you also lose the left column.
