Single Page/Post Image Layout

Hi again As far as I understand you should be able to enable/disable Single Image Layout at Customizer - Theme Options - Layout Options. I disabled this option generaly. BUT shouldn't it be possible to enable this option on page/post basis? If so, it does not work. Thank you for your answer.
