Single Page Background Image

i am struggling to display the background image on the page. The background image shows when the page is loading but then gets covered by the elementor page ?? I set the background image in the elementor page builder plugin on the page settings -> style -> background image If I change the template in the Elementor Page settings then background image can be seen but then I have no header or footer ?
