Single Column on blog?

Hi, I have been trying out the Catch Adaptive theme for Wordpress. I'm very impressed with it and will consider buying the Premium version. However I would like to change the blog view from two columns of posts to one column. I cannot find a setting to change this - is it possible any other way?
