Simple Catch Pro Questions

Wondering how I do the following: - center the logo image - change the background color of the menus - change the size of the boxes surrounding the feature images beside the posts - change the maximum width of the entire page - change the width of the sidebars - change the color / or remove the static bar along the top and bottom of the theme I'll probably have more, but I'd really like to see how my page looks after those changes. Thanks!
