Simple Catch Not allowing media to post

In the last week my free Simple Catch has stop allowing photo to be uploaded into a post or page. I get an error reading and when checking the already uploaded media the icon keeps spinning. It is also not allow me to upload any other theme as well. I had some look into the matter...it is a theme issue. Is there a patch for this problem. It has stopped me dead in the water. I have had this theme of over a year. UGH! Help!
