Simple Catch 2.7.5

Hi, I am a new user of Simple Catch theme and my website is ohoque.com. I added several social links at Theme Options > Social Links but none of the social icon is showing in my header. Is there something I did wrong or what's going on? Please excuse me as I am just stepping into WordPress and I don't have much experience. I am using the following plugins if this helps at all: 1. Akismet 2. Code Snippets 3. Contact Form 7 4. Google Analytics by Yoast 5. Post Thumbnail Editor 6. WP Google Fonts
