Sidebar Headline backroundcolour

Hi, I´d like to change the color in the back of the headline in a sidebar box. I know that it´s possible to change the hole backroundcolor of the box an I know that I can change the letter-colour. But how the change juste the color behind the letters? Thx for u help. Chris
