sidebar – doesn't show on homepage, footers always change sizes, error messages

Hi, Please kindly help me with the following: 1) Sidebar - doesnt show anything on homepage, but only if you click on it goes to the page. I have a form to obtain contact info. 2) the 3 footers always change sizes, never consistent widths and messes up all content I plugin 3) Constant error messages when using youtube video and facebook apps please advise, THANK YOU! doug
