Sidebar

I cant get the sidebar visible. I went into theme alternatives and design options. There i activated WooCommerce Layout Left Sidebar ( Primary Sidebar, Content ).¨ Tried to change the website deisgn from boxed to floating as well, that didnt help much. Please advise
