Side Widget Border and bottom padding

I have searched the support history and cannot see this as a reference. My site is Wedding-creations.com 1. I would like to keep the colour theme of the site going by changing the widget border colour to #D4AF37. 2. Also I would like to reduce the bottom padding of the widget ... Many thanks
