side bar/no side bar problem

hello i need to show in some pages of the blog no side bar. Does the theme allow this ? Posts will need the side bar and some pages no side bar. When editing a page I can't see any option besides Blog under custom page template. So it is showing the side gar this dis-configuring the sales page. thanks
